Oh wow….amazing! I just took a batch out of the oven and my house smells wonderful. I added a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the dry ingredients before mixing in. Thank you!

– Using a small ice cream scoop (or similar), form rounded balls of dough about 2 tablespoons each and place on a parchment paper lined baking tray two inches apart. Extra dough can be frozen for later baking, if you wish. Bake until the cookies are a golden brown. Remove from oven and let the cookies rest for about 1 minute on the tray.
