Start by making caramel. Melt sugar in a saucepan, stirring continuously. Once completely melted, slowly pour water. Once caramel is smooth, pour into a Bundt pan.

Hydrate the gelatin in some cold milk. And meanwhile, heat the remaining milk in a small saucepan. Once hydrated, add the gelatin into the hot milk and dissolve.

Make the custard by adding condensed milk, table cream, vanilla and dissolved gelatin in a blender.

After you’ve mixed all ingredients for the flan batter, and after the caramel has hardened in the bundt pan, you can pour the no-bake flan batter in the pan.
