Stop once the mixture is still dry.
It will be very lumpy still, which is ok. Sift the ground pistachios. And then, place the big pieces that got left out in the food processor, and pulse again.

Prepare a large piping bag, fitted with a large round tip, I use a 1/4” diameter tip. Set aside. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mat.
